Introduction

Course overview

Accountability means people own outcomes and follow through on commitments. Without it, deadlines slip, quality suffers and trust erodes, but heavy-handed approaches create fear.

This Aractech course covers what accountability is, setting clear expectations, agreements and commitments, follow-up, accountability conversations, consequences and recognition, team accountability and building an accountable culture. Participants practise accountability conversations.
