Who we are
Practical training that changes how people work
Aractech is a professional training provider based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. We design and deliver five-day courses that help leaders, managers and specialists solve the problems they face at work, from leading teams and managing projects to controlling budgets, managing contracts and adopting artificial intelligence.
Our catalogue covers 23 subject areas, including leadership, finance, human resources, oil and gas, project management, procurement and digital transformation. Courses run as open sessions in cities such as London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur, as live online sessions, or as in-house programmes adapted to one organisation.
Every course follows the same proven format: five days from 09:00 to 14:00 (25 contact hours, including a daily 30-minute break (22.5 hours of instruction)), English course materials and an experienced industry trainer. In many cities participants can also ask the trainer to explain key concepts in Arabic, Turkish, French, German or other languages.

Everything a training manager, procurement team or participant usually checks before paying for a course, with the source for each answer.

Contact details →Who issues the invoice and where does payment go?
Every invoice is issued by Aractech and shows our KvK number and VAT ID. Bank transfers go to the Aractech business account at ABN AMRO: account holder Aractech, IBAN NL25 ABNA 0127 2760 41. Card payments are processed by Mollie, a licensed Dutch payment provider. We never ask for payment into a personal account: if an invoice shows different bank details, contact us before paying.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel in writing to info@aractech.com. More than 45 days before the start: 100% refund of the training fee paid. 31 to 45 days: 50% refund. 30 days or fewer: no refund, but you can ask to send a replacement participant instead. If we cancel a confirmed course and no alternative suits you, the fee paid is refunded.

An Aractech certificate of attendance or completion when attendance, participation, assessment and payment requirements are met. It is not a professional licence, academic degree or externally accredited qualification unless a course states otherwise in writing. Each certificate has a unique number that employers can check online.
