Course overview
Kaizen events bring cross-functional teams together for a focused period to make rapid, significant improvements. When well prepared and facilitated, they build momentum and engagement; when poorly run, they disappoint.
This Aractech course teaches how to select, prepare, facilitate and follow up kaizen events: scoping, team selection, data preparation, facilitating the event days, rapid experimentation, implementing changes, reporting results and sustaining gains. Participants plan and facilitate a simulated kaizen event.
The course builds practical facilitation skills for continuous improvement practitioners.
