Introduction

Course overview

Supervisors are the people most directly responsible for how work is carried out every day, which makes them central to preventing injuries and ill health. Yet many are promoted for technical skill without training in how to lead safety.

This Aractech course equips supervisors with practical knowledge of health and safety responsibilities, hazard identification, risk assessment, safe systems of work, toolbox talks, incident reporting and leading safe behaviours in their teams. Participants practise the conversations and routines that make safety part of daily work.

The course is practical, relevant across industries and focused on what supervisors can do on the next shift.
