Course overview
Audits and inspections tell management whether HSE controls are working in practice. Done well, they identify weaknesses before incidents occur and drive improvement.
This Aractech course explains the differences between inspections and audits, audit planning, criteria, evidence gathering, interviewing, sampling, evaluating findings, reporting and follow-up for HSE management systems and site operations. Participants conduct a simulated HSE audit.
