Introduction

Course overview

Non-destructive testing detects defects without damaging components and is essential for inspection in oil and gas, power, aviation, construction and manufacturing.

This Aractech course provides an overview of NDT methods including visual, penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, radiography, eddy current and advanced techniques, their principles, applications, limitations and how to select and manage NDT. It is an awareness course and not an NDT certification.
