What happens after you register
From your confirmation email to your first day in class, here is what to expect.

Your seat is reserved straight away under your registration reference. Within a few minutes you receive an email with your invoice and your registration confirmation as PDFs, and you can also download both from the confirmation page.
02 How and when do I pay?
Pay by bank transfer to our ABN AMRO account using your invoice number as the payment reference, or pay online by card through our secure Mollie checkout. The due date is printed on your invoice and always falls before the course starts.
03 When is my place fully confirmed?
As soon as your payment is received. Card payments are confirmed instantly; bank transfers usually take 1 to 3 working days to arrive. We email you a payment receipt once it is matched to your invoice.
04 What do I receive before the course starts?
Ahead of the start date the academy team contacts you with the venue details, the daily schedule and a short pre-course form so the trainer can tailor the sessions to your goals. If you need a visa support letter, request it from the Visa Support page.
05 Can I change the participant, move dates or cancel?
Yes. Send your request in writing to the academy team quoting your registration reference. Substitutions, transfers and cancellations are handled under the payment and cancellation conditions in our Terms and Conditions.
06 How are the price and group discounts calculated?
We start from the course fee per participant and apply the group discount automatically: 20% off for 2 participants, 30% for 3 to 4 and 50% for 5 or more. Any valid coupon is then deducted and 21% VAT is added to the discounted subtotal, unless the reverse-charge rule applies.
07 Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete the course receive a certificate of completion with a unique number that employers can verify online on our certificate verification page.
